Made with a white cream that resembles a Ninho brigadeiro and a delicious semisweet chocolate ganache, which helps to balance the flavors, this dessert with Ninho milk is simply wonderful! In addition, this pie dough is very easy to prepare: just mix crushed cornstarch biscuits with butter.

Ingredients for making Biscuit Pie with Nest Milk and Chocolate:

For the pie base:

 1½ cornstarch biscuits packages

 4 tablespoons of butter (well filled)

For the Nest cream:

 3 tablespoons of sour cream

 1 box of condensed milk

 1 tablespoon of butter

 ½ cup of powdered milk

To the roof:

 1 box of sour cream

 1 milk chocolate bar

 1 semisweet chocolate bar

How to make Biscuit Pie with Nest Milk and Chocolate:

Start with the biscuit pie base: mash one and a half packets of cornstarch biscuits in a food processor or blender. After crushing the biscuit, add the butter at room temperature and knead well until it forms a very wet crumb, as in the photo.

Tip: If you prefer, you can also use the Maria type biscuit to prepare this biscuit pie recipe.

Arrange the biscuit crumbs on the bottom and sides in a mold with a false bottom, as shown in the image. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ÂșC for 10 minutes.

Tip: Be careful not to exceed the time, as the dough bakes very quickly and runs the risk of burning.

For the Cream of Nest Milk, simply mix all the ingredients of the cream (except the heavy cream) in a saucepan. Then bring to low heat and stir without stopping until it starts to come off the bottom. Turn off the heat and add the cream to add creaminess to our biscuit pie filling. Reserve.

For the icing, melt the semisweet chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave. When the chocolate is well melted, add the cream and mix with the aid of a fouet. Another option is to melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Use a vegetable peeler and to make the milk chocolate chips, they will be used to decorate this dessert with nest milk. To get the zest, it is important that the chocolate is at room temperature.

Now just make the pie! With the dough already cold, place the powdered milk filling on the biscuit base and cover with the dark chocolate ganache. Finish with the milk chocolate chips and chill.
